We’re making some changes to how we process direct debit payments. Currently, we collate a customer’s policy premiums, into 1 total amount and process it as a single transaction.
From 1 August 2023, we’ll split the single transaction (that customers currently pay), into 1 payment per policy. So, if customers have 2 policies with us, they’ll start to see 2 separate transactions that add up to the total amount.
Organising the transactions in this way, gives the customer greater visibility of how much they pay for each policy they have with us. There will be no change to the account we regularly debit, or the amount customers pay.
