How Group insurance can benefit your business.

Small and Medium Sized Businesses (SME’s) are the lifeblood of the NZ economy, with over 470,000 SME’s employing over 584,000 staff.

In a tight labour market, employers are always looking for new ways to attract and retain talent. AON’s 2021 Global Wellbeing Survey indicated that 82% of organisations believe wellbeing is important within their company.

Group insurance places value on employees’ wellbeing and shows employers genuinely care. For employers with at least 10 employees, it’s a fantastic gesture to build loyalty, retain staff and reward them for their hard work.

Group insurance enables you to access the workplace as a means to write business with a low barrier offering (little or no medical underwriting required).

Group schemes may also provide you with a referral basis to complete full needs analysis and retail policies in addition to the base Group insurance offering through their employer.

You’ll find more information on our Group cover page on Adviser Hub or you can contact our Group insurance team on 0800 88 22 88.

Here’s to strong women. May we know them. May we be them. May we raise them. We acknowledge and salute the strong and successful women we’re fortunate enough to work with.
