This month, we have some exciting updates and offers that you won’t want to miss.

First up, we’re rolling out an enhanced GP lookup feature for your new E-App, to make your job a little bit easier.

There’s also only a month left to take advantage of our 3-months' free and extra 10% commission offers (ending late August) – and don’t forget, we’re closing out NPS survey submissions for the Customer engagement initiative 2024 next week.

Staying true to our promise, we're introducing the first of many enhancements to E-App, designed to make it easier to do business with us.

Launching soon, our updated GP lookup tool aims to save you time and improve your experience when working with clients, giving you instant access to additional info about practices across New Zealand.

Without leaving the page, you’ll be able to find out average turnaround times for your chosen practice, plus whether the practice has its own form or accepts Konnect’s e-Consent.

Support is available for customers affected by flooding.

In response to the recent flooding in Wairoa and Heretaunga Ward, Hastings, we’re offering support to affected customers facing financial hardship.

Eligible customers in areas included in the State of Emergency announcement on 26-June 2024 can apply to have their premiums temporarily waived for up to 3-months (with the possibility of an additional 3-month extension) while keeping their insurance protection intact.

We’re here to support our customers in these affected areas in their time of need.

While you’re testing out the newly-upgraded GP lookup feature, remember that you can enjoy an extra 10% commission on any policies issued where the application is submitted through E-App before 27-August.
