We’ve shared some important updates in the last few weeks so keen to do a quick recap.

We’re also wrapping up our end of financial year and will share details on that in time but suffice to say it’s been a busy year for everyone and we thank you for your efforts in supporting our customers throughout the last 12 months!

Distribution agreements and new commission model.

In case you missed it, we shared our updated Distribution Agreement last month and announced the launch of our new commission model starting 31 July 2021.

For applications submitted up to 31 July 2021 we’ll pay the commission rate that applied at the time of submission. All of the detail can be found on Adviser Hub.

Product training and accreditation.

Well done to all of you who have completed your accreditation. Remember, it’s a key requirement of your Distribution Agreement with us so it needs to be done ASAP.

Desktop Apollo is being decommissioned.

From 31 July 2021 desktop Apollo will no longer be available. Instead you’ll need to access Apollo web.

To ease the transition, up until 30 July, you’ll still be able to access and submit existing illustrations as well as download and save any historic records you may need in future.

This is important if you want to keep any historical illustrations as desktop Apollo history won’t be available via the web version moving forward. The last illustrations you’ll be able to submit via desktop Apollo will be 30 July 2021.

Need help accessing Apollo web?

It’s easy to access, simply visit http://fidelitylife.co.nz/apollo and enter your password which is the same as your Adviser Centre login and then bookmark it to your favourites.
