July 2019.

Welcome to your July issue of On Point.

Read on for the latest news from our New Business and Underwriting teams and get up to speed on an important clarification to the Buy-back option for Trauma Multi – Accelerated.

Two Months Free SQUARE

Act now - there’s just over two weeks to go!

Our two months free campaign is coming to an end soon but there’s still time for customers to benefit.

Product tip – update to Trauma Multi Buy-back option

Advisers have told us we need to be clearer on how the Buy-back option for Trauma Multi – Accelerated works. We’ve listened and are pleased to confirm that all Trauma Multi – Accelerated policies with the Buy-back option are eligible to buy back their reduced Life Assurance cover after each full benefit claim payment – following the stand down periods.

We’ve updated our factsheets – the pdfs are now available and printed copies will be in stock soon. This update will also be made next time we update our policy wordings.

Listening Post

When customers need to make a claim, chances are something bad’s happened to them or a loved one. We often hear feedback from customers that they appreciate our claims team’s empathetic communication and efficient service during these difficult times.

Through Listening Post, customers also continue to tell us how much they appreciate the support from their adviser throughout the claim journey. Making a claim often involves multiple forms and gathering personal information so having their adviser to assist and act on their behalf can really help.
