We’re excited to announce the formation of our inaugural Fidelity Life Adviser council.
The council will bring together a diverse group of advisers to discuss various aspects of our industry and ways we can support a vibrant, sustainable advice community.
Governed by a council charter, it will comprise of 10 adviser members, a Chair, and Fidelity Life representatives.

Career connect is a comprehensive education and skills programme designed to develop the next generation of financial advisers. We’ll attract new talent, train them to become fully qualified advisers and connect them with businesses across the industry.
Our end-to-end programme will help participants gain qualifications, acquire necessary skills and enable them to become successful advisers in a rewarding and sustainable career.

You can help develop new talent in our industry by referring candidates to our Career connect evenings or by recruiting qualified advisers from the programme to your business.
