Your feedback is important to us!

Our first 50 years have been inextricably linked with advisers. To help inform how we shape the next 50 – we want to hear from you. Next month, we’re introducing a new bi-yearly survey aimed at better understanding your experience and perceptions in working with us. Watch out for the email and fill in the survey for your chance to win one of three $300 gift cards.

How much did we pay out in new claims last year?

Find out by viewing the first in our claims highlights video series.

Appropriate competency.

In line with the Code standard 6 of the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Providers, we’re seeking assurance from FAP licensees that all advisers of the FAP have the appropriate competency and can therefore continue to distribute our products and service to Fidelity Life customers.

Attestation requests were sent to key contacts at all FAPs and are due for completion by 30 April.  If you’re the key contact at your FAP, and you haven’t received it, please check your junk mailbox or contact your BM if you have any questions.

Faster processing and free temporary cover.

For faster processing and to ensure customers are entitled to our free temporary cover, it’s important that all signed paperwork (Direct Debit form, Declaration and Consent, Advice on Replacement Business, etc.) is submitted along with the customer’s application.

Although we’re unable to accept forms signed with a digital font, we can accept forms signed/dated digitally with a ‘wet-signature’ that reflects the customer’s handwritten signature.
