Supporting those affected by the recent flooding.
Considering the recent flooding situation in Dunedin City and Clutha District, we’ve developed a relief offer for existing Fidelity Life customers suffering from financial hardship as a direct result of this. The areas included in the relief offer are those included in the State of Emergency announcements on 3-October and 4-October 2024.
And we’re here to support our customers in these affected areas in their time of need.
Relief offer for affected customers.
From today, any of our customers in these affected areas directly suffering financial hardship as a result of the recent flooding who are eligible, will be able to apply to have their premiums temporarily waived for up to 3-months, with the potential to extend for up to a further 3-months, without affecting their insurance protection.
We’d like your help to make sure these flood affected customers with Fidelity Life policies know that financial relief is available if they need it.
