And we’re off!

The first Adviser council meeting took place last month. We were privileged to have Ngāi Tahu join us to share 'why they invested' in the NZ life insurance sector and Russell Hutchinson who provided perspectives on how adviser businesses could be thinking about the changing environment in our industry. We look forward to sharing some of the strategic areas we’ll focus on over the coming year.

Getting down to business.

Faster processing and free temporary cover.

For faster processing and to ensure customers are entitled to our free temporary cover, it’s important that all signed paperwork (Direct Debit form, Declaration and Consent, Advice on Replacement Business, etc.) is submitted along with the customer’s application.

Although we’re unable to accept forms signed with a digital font, we can accept forms signed/dated digitally with a ‘wet-signature’ that reflects the customer’s handwritten signature.

Tax letters.

We’ll be sending out the financial year end tax letters to customers by the end of April 2023.
