December 2020.
On point

December 2020.

So here we are!

Ten days until Christmas and just over two weeks to go until we welcome in the new year.

There’s no denying it’s been a tough year for many of us. Yet, amidst all the chaos that 2020 has brought, the focus on our customers has never been stronger and we thank you for that.

This month we‘ve largely focussed on how we can help you with preparing for the new regime, which is now only 3 months away...and we give you a heads up on what’s coming in the new year.

We need to know your plans

If you haven’t done so already, please complete our licensing questionnaire as soon as possible.

Understanding what your agency structure will be under the new regime is critical to allow us to keep accepting your new business and pay you commission.

If you need any support or have any questions then don’t hesitate to contact your BM or BAM.

Momentum is really building with Learning HQ!

There are 11 modules live and ready for you to complete and we’ll be releasing the final modules early 2021. Congrats to those who’ve already completed the current training modules, you’re over halfway there already!

Head to http://learning.fidelitylife.co.nz to get started.

Check out the guide to registering, or contact our Product Training Manager, Leigh Bennett, on 021 278 1491.

Sort your future - decision tree to licensing readiness

The FMA has released a handy decision tree which helps guide you through the steps you need to take according to your chosen licensing structure, in preparation for 15 March 2021.

There’s also information on setting yourself up as an Authorised Body (AB) if that’s what you decide to do.

And lastly, a reminder that we’ve got options available to help customers who’ve been impacted by Covid-19 to keep their cover in place. More details on our website.

That’s it for our last newsletter for 2020.

Thanks again for everything you’ve done to look after our mutual customers through what has been a challenging year. We hope you and your whanau have a wonderful, rejuvenating break!

Look forward to working with you again in the new year!
