  • What’s the extra 10% commission offered?

    You’ll receive an extra 10% added to your initial commission on eligible applications that you submit through your new E-App.

    This offer is valid from 28- May 2024 to 27- August 2024.

  • How does it work?

    When you submit an application through your E-App between 28-May 2024 to 27-August 2024, once the policy is issued, we’ll add 10% to your base rate.

    For example, if your base rate is 210%, you’ll receive 10% extra commission added to your initial commission, making it 220%.

    Please note: This offer is available to all advisers who have an active agency and current Distribution Agreement with Fidelity Life.

  • Are all products included?

    Only Fidelity Life products available through E-App are included in this offer.

  • Are top ups and benefit alterations included in this offer?

    For this offer only new Fidelity Life policies resulting from applications through E-App will be eligible.

    This excludes any policy issued as a result of an application for an increase in cover or any other modification to an existing policy. It also excludes any application for the reinstatement and/or replacement of an existing Fidelity Life policy.

  • What happens to my commission if the policy lapses within the writeback period?

    As per normal business rules, the additional 10% commission will be included in any executed writeback.

  • Why are you doing this?

    We have listened to your feedback and understand the importance of improved efficiency, simplicity, and practicality in your daily operations.

    Which is why we’ve invested in improving the user experience and offer some new features such as; Straight Through Acceptance capability, paperless Declaration of Consent and direct debit processes. Your new E-App is geared towards providing faster application processing and make doing business easier.

    We will also be building out further improvements in the future to help make doing business together easier.

    And, as a thank you for using E-App, you'll receive an extra 10% commission for all policies issued where the application is submitted through E-App before 27-August 2024.*

  • How will this be impacted by other offers such as 3-months free offer?

    Great news! It won’t.

    Your customers will be eligible for 3-months free as well as you receiving the extra 10% commission. You just need to create and submit the application through your new E-App before 27-August 2024.

  • What do I do if I have problems with the E-App?

    We have updated our Live chat here to enable you to get direct access to our Adviser care team who will be able to help you out.
