Realise your potential is a Fidelity Life programme which supports Advisers to realise their potential by contributing 75% towards costs for a 5-day Outward Bound leadership course. 

We’re delighted to announce this second year of supporting another cohort of Advisers.

Our first four participants for 2024 are… 

Throughout the year, these Advisers will each go on a course in Anakiwa where they will give up all technology and challenge themselves mentally and physically.  

All of last year’s participants came back bursting with energy and ideas, and highly recommending we all go on an Outward Bound course. 

We can’t wait to hear all about how they get on.
