Fidelity Life offers helping hand to flood-hit Dunedin and Clutha customers.
Spark has today announced that Fidelity Life, New Zealand's largest locally-owned life insurer, is working with Spark to implement a data governance strategy.
As you know we’re always looking to improve the way we do things. Something we hear often from advisers is there’s a lot of plastic wrapping left over from your orders of printed stock.
We’ve listened, and are pleased to introduce some improvements to the way you order stock from Soar Print.
From Monday 12 August you’ll need to order the exact number of items you need, rather than packs of 5 or 10. Your order will be wrapped in a paper band rather than plastic.
Example: if you need 10 applications, you’ll order 10 applications instead of 1 pack of 10.
We know this might take a bit of getting used to, so the team at Soar Print will also keep a close eye on your orders to make sure you get what you want. There’ll also be handy reminders built into their website.
Next steps
If you live in the South Island, you’ll have already noticed small to medium orders are delivered in a hard-wearing cardboard envelope, instead of the standard plastic courier bag. We’re currently working with Soar Print to develop a cardboard envelope for North Island deliveries and larger orders. Watch this space!
If you have any questions please get in touch with your Business Manager or Business Account Manager, or call our team on 0800 88 22 88.
As always, thanks for your support - we really do appreciate it.
