Fidelity Life offers a helping hand to flood-affected Hawke’s Bay customers.

Fidelity Life is offering a helping hand to its Hawke’s Bay customers affected by the recent floods in Wairoa and Hastings’ Heretaunga Ward.

From today, Fidelity Life customers who are facing financial hardship as a direct result of the flooding in these areas who are eligible can apply to have their premiums temporarily waived for up to 3-months, with the potential to extend for up to a further 3-months, without affecting their insurance protection.

Fidelity Life’s Chief Commercial Officer Bronwyn Kirwan says the company really feels for these hard-hit communities, who are dealing with repeated weather-related events. 

“We’re here for the good of New Zealand and that means being there for our communities when they need us. We hope this relief offer helps Fidelity Life customers in Wairoa and Heretaunga Ward get through these challenging times, with one less thing to worry about."
