Our Advisers are at the heart of what we do. So, to provide some extra support, we made a change to how we approach this.
In September last year, we created the Adviser services team – this is a team of customer care specialists to whom your calls will be routed. They’re also the friendly helpers on the other end of our Live chat function.
We hope by having a dedicated team that you regularly speak to, we’re able to build stronger relationships between you and our front-line staff, and also gain some insights from the team on how better we can support you in the future.
