Introducing the Customer engagement initiative 2024 – our exciting initiative for advisers, recognising good customer outcomes. 

Our aim is to lead the market, working alongside you, our adviser network, to deliver good customer outcomes. This initiative complements our existing customer satisfaction initiatives by measuring and recognising advisers for delivering outstanding outcomes for customers.

How to qualify.

  • You’ll need to register to participate in this initiative. 
  • From 1-April until 31-July 2024, we’ll review your Adviser Net Promoter Score (a measure of customer satisfaction) metric collated over that period through our new business and renewal customer surveys.  
  • We’ll keep those who have registered updated about how they are tracking towards a place on this year’s Customer engagement forum. 
  • There are 3 places for qualifying advisers (and their partners) who have the top NPS scores to be hosted at a special 3-day Customer engagement forum at Kauri Cliffs, Bay of Islands.
  • Registration closes on 17-May 2024. 
  • All we need is a minimum of 5 responses from customers for you to qualify.

The 3 FMG advisers who achieve the highest NPS scores will be invited to attend the 2024 Customer engagement forum.

The forum will be hosted from 19-21 September 2024 in the beautiful Bay of Islands, at a world-renowned luxury resort and golf course.
