Supporting those affected by recent droughts.

Considering the recent drought situation in several rural regions across New Zealand, we’ve developed a relief offer for existing Fidelity Life customers suffering from financial hardship as a result of the recent situation. The regions included in the relief offer are those stated in the Government’s recent medium-scale adverse event announcement.

The areas affected are a key part of the New Zealand economy and we’re here to support these customers in their time of need.

Relief offer for affected customers.

From today, any of our customers in these affected regions directly suffering financial hardship as a result of the recent drought who are eligible, will be able to apply to have their premiums temporarily waived for up to 3-months, with the potential to extend for up to a further 3-months, without affecting their insurance protection.

We’d like your help to make sure these drought affected customers with Fidelity Life policies know that financial relief is available if they need it.
