Supporting those affected by the recent drought.

Considering the recent drought situation in Taranaki, we’ve developed a relief offer for existing Fidelity Life customers suffering from financial hardship as a direct result of this. The area included in the relief offer is the one included in the medium-scale adverse event declaration announced on 27-February 2025.

We’re here to support the customers in this affected area in their time of need.

Relief offer for affected customers.

From today, any of our customers in these affected regions directly suffering financial hardship as a result of the recent drought who are eligible, will be able to apply to have their premiums temporarily waived for up to 3-months, with the potential to extend for up to a further 3-months, without affecting their insurance protection.

We’d like your help to make sure these drought affected customers with Fidelity Life policies know that financial relief is available if they need it.
