Our aim is to lead the market, working alongside you, our adviser network, to deliver good customer outcomes. This initiative complements our existing customer satisfaction initiatives by measuring and recognising advisers for delivering outstanding outcomes for customers.

The 25 advisers who have registered and achieve the highest NPS scores will be invited to attend the 2024 Customer engagement forum.
The forum will be hosted from 19-21 September 2024 in the beautiful Bay of Islands, at a world-renowned luxury resort and golf course.
