Some of our technical team will be taking a short break over the holiday period.
Here’s what you need to know:
- For those advisers currently using Xplan to access and manage client information, any customer and policy data that we upload from our Fidelity Life systems may not be updated or refreshed in Xplan from Sunday 24th December to Monday 8th January.
- You will still be able to access Xplan and Adviser centre during this time, however, please be mindful that any customer or policy changes that occur during this period may not be available in Xplan until Tuesday 9th January.
- This affects Xplan only. All Fidelity Life systems will be available over the break.
