Sam is our operations guru, who is always looking at ways we can work more efficiently. He has built a reputation within our team and with his adviser panel as being responsive, knowledgeable and reliable.  

Sam is also multi-talented, moonlighting as a writer for the Koru magazine (look for his name in the magazine when you are on your next flight) and a keen archer.
