Adviser Hub is the new home for all your documents, downloads, product & cover information, as well as the latest news and releases from Fidelity Life. Amongst other things it has a great search function allowing you to find content quickly.

In essence, Adviser Centre is still where you need to go for checking Client data, Applications, Renewals and Commissions, with Adviser Hub being your mobile friendly ‘go to’ for Product & Cover information, documents and latest news.

Your login may already be setup and just require a password to be set. Start by trying this setup link. Note: The email address will likely be the one you have registered with us for main contact details.
Or, if that doesn’t work please contact your Business Manager or Business Account Manager.
Login sessions normally last up to 24 hours, after which you will need to sign-in again. Tip: You can always use your browser's 'Store Password' function to make logging in faster.

In general we use the main contact email address we have with you as the Login for this website. This should be the one you receive our monthly On Point eNewsletters to.
If your business or colleagues use a general email address like 'admin@yourcompany.co.nz' then it's possible that this may already be in use. Please contact salessupport@fidelitylife.co.nz for help.

No, unfortunately not at the moment, though we hope to bring that feature some point in the future. Your Login / Agency number cannot be used to access secure content here on Adviser Hub.

Adviser Hub and Adviser Centre currently require different credentials to login.
If you see options similar to the image below, please ensure you select the appropriate credentials for each site. Adviser Centre uses your adviser number, whereas here on the Hub we use your regular contact email address.

At this stage the system does not allow you to change your Login/contact email address online. Though you can use the online form on this page to let us know of any changes in your contact details.

As some documents, pages or website sections are secure you will need to Login here to access these.
Tip: You can always use your browser's 'Store Password' function to make logging in faster.

Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not receive an email. It may also be worth trying again, double checking the email address is entered correctly, here. See notes below for further info:
- The email should normally arrive within a few minutes.
- The sender address is noreply@fidelitylife.co.nz.
- The setup link is only active for 60 mins.
- If you still do not receive the email you may need to contact your IT Administrator.
We may also be able to assist with troubleshooting, if the above options have been exhausted. Contact salessupport@fidelitylife.co.nz in the first instance.
