Our new E-App will provide an improved user experience, remove the need for wet signatures in the application process and also provide the ability for straight through assessments.
We are on a journey to improve our digital offerings. The April launch is our first major release, but you can expect to see a series of iterative enhancements to follow.
Our new Adviser practice manager and admin summit will take a deep dive into some key areas of operating a highly efficient, automated and compliant advice practice. It will include development opportunities for your key admin and support talent and give them opportunities to try out new systems, while also getting a better understanding of how to make life easy when doing business with us.
Because we’re all about ‘Working together’, it will also provide time to connect and get to know us in Underwriting, Claims, New business, Administration, and Service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your key support people, enable them to build networks with other adviser support and practice managers and be part of our efforts to protect more New Zealanders.
