We rolled out our annual product re-accreditation training last November. Re-accreditation helps you keep up to date with our products and their many unique features, and to demonstrate your continuing competence, knowledge and skill as a financial adviser.
Completion of the re-accreditation training is mandatory for all advisers working with Fidelity Life customers, but shouldn’t take any longer than 30-60 minutes of your time.
We’re now sending out reminders to those who have yet to complete this mandatory training, including final deadlines.
How to get started.
If you’re not sure how to proceed, here’s a reminder.
- Please click here to log into Learning HQ and complete the 2023 re-accreditation quiz.
- Sign in with the email you provided us as a contact, and your Microsoft password. When you’re asked for a password, it’s the password that’s linked to your email account, not your Fidelity Life password.
- We’ll need to verify that it’s you, using multi-factor authentication (MFA). Here’s how.
Remember to review our Privacy statement to ensure you understand how we’ll use your personal information and keep record of your re-accreditation.
