Mia Hall prepares new business and rerate terms for advisers with the support of our actuarial team and our reinsurer.  

Quote requests are typically sent to your GIC, group BM, or via the group insurance mailbox in the first instance, to ensure all required information has been provided.  

Once all information is received, Mia will endeavour to issue all standard quotes within 5 working days of receipt. Where non-standard terms are requested or for high value premiums over $500K, additional levels of sign off are required and we will endeavour to issue terms as soon as possible. If you would like to know the status of a quote you have requested send her an email. Mia also supports the GIC’s with pre-renewals, underwriting requests and claims.  

Like Hayley, Mia also lives on Waiheke Island and commutes to work on the ferry. While she is the youngest member of our team, Mia is quickly becoming the knowledge base for all matters pricing and has a bright future ahead of her.
