Seema has built an impressive career in life insurance, with leadership roles at Westpac, Kiwi Insurance, and Suncorp Aotearoa. Most recently, she led claims and customer solutions portfolios for Asteron Life and AA Life, ensuring exceptional support for customers during life’s most challenging moments.

Her leadership journey began at just 21 when she was “shoulder tapped” for a Leadership role at HSBC Bank in India looking after their Contact Centres. That early opportunity sparked a passion for leadership, inspiring her to help others grow and succeed.

Since moving to New Zealand in 2004, a firm believer in the power of diverse perspectives, Seema is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces and mentoring future leaders. She also takes pride in encouraging her boys to embrace diversity of thought and action at home to become the best version of themselves.
