Advisers to benefit from new Fidelity Life-nib E-App deal.

A new chapter in the continuing Fidelity Life-nib partnership commences today with the two companies announcing that nib adviser health promotions are now available for Advisers to access via Fidelity Life’s E-App.

nib’s current promotion, allowing eligible new Ultimate Health plan customers to get cover for many pre-existing conditions after three years, is included in the deal.

Fidelity Life’s Chief Commercial Officer Bronwyn Kirwan says the announcement is part of the life insurer’s focus on making life easier for advisers.

“Fidelity Life and nib first came together in 2014 based on the premise that, together, health and life coverage provide a robust safety net for New Zealanders, who tend to be under-insured.

“Making it easier for our Advisers to access nib’s adviser health promotions via our E-App means we’re removing a source of friction by streamlining the application process, and ultimately helping more customers get the benefits of insurance protection,” Ms Kirwan said.

To access nib adviser health promotions via Fidelity Life’s E-App, Advisers simply create an illustration in Apollo and submit an online application as usual, and Fidelity Life and nib will take care of the rest, following their respective underwriting and policy issue processes.
