This in-person workshop will set you up to start your Professional pathways journey.
This workshop is designed to provide you with framework and tools to develop an effective Business Canvas, delivered by expert facilitator Kirsten Leng.
You'll also create a personalised marketing plan with experienced marketer Amy Watson.

What will we learn in this workshop?
All high performers have a plan and they’re deliberate in their approach, their actions and mindset.
Kirsten's content in the Kickstart workshop will go beyond creating a plan, you will walk away with the framework and tools to develop a Business Canvas. Dive into the structures and disciplines you need to gain traction and realise your goals.
Amy will provide an overview of Marketing Foundations, where you’ll be taken through a personalised Marketing Playbook from which you’ll create your marketing plan.
This Playbook will walk through the building blocks for marketing including; understanding your Target Audience, developing your Value Proposition, creating a differentiated and distinctive Brand Identity, identifying Channels for connecting with your audience and managing the Client Lifecycle.

Your own Business Canvas designed to identify areas that will take your business to the next level. The business canvas will be used throughout the Professional pathways programme to address any areas of opportunity.
