We have plenty lined up for Engage 2024 with a programme packed full of inspirational and educational speakers with a fantastic line up of Fidelity Life content. As well as plenty of time for networking and of course, the usual signature celebration dinner and dancing and awards lunch.

Nothing gets opinions churning and discussion happening more than a good debate. We all love them, but preferably not on the wrong side – right? Let’s find out when our impressive lineup of debaters takes on the thought-provoking motion:

“Equal potential. Unequal opportunity. For the good of New Zealand, it’s time for levelling up.”

This discussion will explore how we, as a country, can drive meaningful change. Featuring debaters like renowned journalist Patrick Gower – who's moderated several election debates in the past – and Sam Stubbs, Founder of Simplicity and industry disrupter.

10am-10.15am	Doug Kamo Master of Ceremonies	Engage 2024 Welcome and opening. Be sure to be ready to be WOWed and see how we want you to experience Growth for good in many ways. Our opening is no exception. Our opening will be followed by our talented Master of Ceremonies Doug Kamo, who will will kick off Engage and get you ready for the best Engage ever!
10.15-10.25am	Campbell Mitchell CEO, Fidelity Life	Welcome and opening from our CEO. Our CEO Campbell Mitchell will welcome you to be part of a very special Engage conference. Campbell will share the new chapter that is the Fidelity Life growth story, insight into the strategy, and why a sustainably growing Fidelity Life is good for New Zealand.
10.25-10.55am	Bronwyn Kirwan Chief Commercial Officer, Fidelity Life Niall McConville Chief Insurance Officer, Fidelity Life	The market, performance and looking ahead. You will hear from Bronwyn Kirwan our Chief Commercial Officer and Niall McConville, Chief Insurance Officer about our game-changing year since last Engage, how the market is changing and how Fidelity Life's performance is evolving to meet these changes. Bronwyn and Niall will also provide a look into what's in store for the future of Fidelity Life and our adviser partners.
11.00-11.50am	Dai Henwood Iconic New Zealand comedian	A date with Dai. Our first keynote speaker is an iconic New Zealand comedian with 25-years in the comedy industry and 3-years living with stage 4 cancer. He has gone to hell and back and hell turned out to be a good teacher. Dai's story embodies the concept of Growth for good - demonstrating how to rise above adversity to become a more fulfilled and successful individual.
12-12.15pm	Josh Cuttance SHARE NZ Dean Logan Logan Smythe & Associates Ltd David Winspear Head of Individual Life, Fidelity Life	Adviser council reflections. Dean Logan and Josh Cuttance - 2 of the 10 inaugural Adviser council members reflect on the Council's first two years. Along with Head of Individual Life - Dave Winspear, they'll cover off what's coming next with the Council and how to be involved. See the speakers.
12.15-1pm		Networking lunch. Choose from a selection of delicious working lunches and take a break to refuel or reboot. Feel free to use the plenery space for a bite or take advantage of your Business centre or Genius bar to keep your work moving while you are with us. Find out more.

1.55-2.15pm	Annette Lewis Head of Propositions, Fidelity Life	Growth through great customer outcomes - Part 1. Announcement alert! Join Annette Lewis, Head of Propositions to hear about her team's restlessness driving them to continually improve our proposition. You'll be the first to hear a wide range of new enhancements and how the Fidelity Life offer to advisers and customers is one of the most comprehensive in market.
2.15-2.45pm	Niall McConville Chief Insurance Officer, Fidelity Life	Growth through great customer outcomes - Part 2. Join Niall McConville and guest for an 'unplugged' style session with one of Fidelity Life's customer heroes - the live and direct story of a trauma claim that's been a journey of pain, challenge, and an inspiring return to a new type of normal following a horrific accident.
2.45-3pm		Afternoon tea. Take a well deserved break with a quick bite or head over to the Genius bar and Business centre to stay connected and keep work moving. Find out more.
3-3.05pm		An external inspiration afternoon. We are excited to dedicate the remainder day-1 to focussing on some inspirational and international speakers.
3.05-3.50pm	Dame Lisa Carrington Champion Olympic kayaker to be interviewed by our Master of Ceremonies Doug Kamo	A chat with Dame Lisa. Look forward to a fireside chat with Dame Lisa Carrington and explore what it has taken her to become the most decorated Olympian in New Zealand history with 8 gold medals among others.
4-4.45pm	Luke Ashworth Founder, Adviser AI	Your international inspiration. Luke Ashworth has worked at the forefront of UK life insurance distribution for over 20-years. His story is not just of success. He has faced unimaginable personal and business loss that would have broken most. He’s going to share his journey, his vision for the future of life insurance distribution, and how the pain we all experience is our greatest opportunity for success.
4.45-4.50pm	Niall McConville Chief Insurance Officer, Fidelity Life	Day-1 wrap up.
4.50-5pm	Doug Kamo Master of Ceremonies	Get ready for an island adventure. Our MC will give a quick briefing on our transfer to Waiheke Island and timings. Please note these times are detailed below.
5-5.40pm		Break to prepare for The Heke celebration dinner. This is an opportunity to freshen up for the celebration festivities at The Heke, take a moment to meditate or hydrate or simply catch up with colleagues at the bar before we depart, it's your choice.
5.40-6pm		Let's get to the ferry. This is the time to meet in the lobby where your Fidelity Life team will help you get ready, and we will walk down to the ferry that will kick off the festivities on the island.
6-7pm		Ferry to the Island and transfer to The Heke. We have a charter on The Explorer to take us all over to Waiheke Island that will give you some time to relax and catch up with fellow advisers. From here we will transfer in coaches for a quick 10-minute trip and arrive at the venue.
7-10pm		Celebration dinner at The Heke. Get the chance to relax with your Fidelity Life team and fellow advisers in a stunning backdrop. Enjoy delicious food and an amazing band along with some special tasting sessions to sample what's on offer from their distillery and craft brewery.
10-11.15pm		Heading back to the city. Transfers will pick up attendees to get back to the ferry for a 10.30pm departure back to the city.

8.45am-9.20am	Mat Bark Head of Channel Enablement, Fidelity Life Leigh Bennett Head of Underwriting, Fidelity Life Angela Henderson Chief Information and Delivery Officer, Fidelity Life	Growth through ease. In this session you will hear from 3 leaders in our team who will each talk to how we are dedicated to continuing to support growth through ease of doing business. We will also be sharing new and exciting developments with your E-App.
9.25-10.15am	Patrick Gower New Zealand journalist & broadcaster.	Storytelling & personal growth. Part of Paddy Gower's growth for good story saw the success of his documentary series work which includes On Booze - a deeply personal insight into his own problems with alcohol and mental health. He will talk about the resilience and authenticity that have been crucial to his career and share intriguing insights and entertaining stories from his experience as a journalist - all with his classic witty humour.
10.20-10.35am		Morning tea. Take a moment to refuel and refresh or head over to the Genius bar and business centre to stay connected and keep work moving. Find out more.

11.45-12pm	Bronwyn Kirwan Chief Commercial Officer, Fidelity Life Niall McConville Chief Insurance Officer, Fidelity Life	Growth – together. Bronwyn and Niall take the stage again for round up of all announcements and opportunities for you, our advisers to be part of our 'Growth for good' future.
12-12.45pm		Pre-lunch drinks. Feel free to take some time to relax with fellow advisers and some of our Fidelity team before we head back to the main plenery for the final Awards lunch function.
1-3pm		Fidelity Life Awards lunch. We have more fantastic entertainment lined up for the Awards lunch with our MC Doug Kamo and soloist Luna playing before and after the awards ceremonies. Throughout this plated 3-course lunch, we will celebrate our adviser award winners and also our own Fidelity Business manager of the year.
